Highway to Heaven - Knott's Berry Farm

Montezooma's Revenge rollercoaster at the park was filmed of both Jonathan and Mark for the opening act in this story. The camera crew had to set up a camera in the front car next to Mark to film those close-ups and the ones of the track, with the other filmed shots of both of them in the front car of the train going upside down and back and forth.
